RESOLUTION NO. 2021-111
A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING DONATED FUNDS FROM
ARBOR GLEN SENIOR LIVING
WHEREAS, Minnesota Statues Section 465.03 provides that donations to the City
be accepted by resolution of the City Council; and
WHEREAS, Arbor Glen Senior Living hasd proposed contributing $2,250 to the
Lake Eli -no Fire Department; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Lake Elmo agrees that said
contribution would be of benefit to the citizens of Lake Elrno; and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of the City of
Lake Elmo, Minnesota, does hereby acknowledges and agrees to accept said donation of
$2,250 from Arbor Glen Senior Living on behalf of the citizens of Lake Elmo.
APPROVED by the Lake Elmo City Council on this 19'h day of October, 202 1.
