WHEREAS, The City of Lake Eltno is required by State law to approve a resolution
setting forth an annual property tax levy to the Washington County Auditor; and
WHEREAS, Minnesota Statutes currently in force require approval of a property tax levy
and a budget in December of each year; and
WHEREAS, the City Council has received the budget documents;
NOW THERE, FORE BE IT RESOLVE,D by the City Council of the City of Lake Elmo,
that the 2022 General Fund Budget shall be as follows:
