RESOLUTION NO.2022-020
A RESOLUTION RELATED TO 2022 ASSESSMENTS
TO WASHINGTON COUNTY
WHEREAS, 10920 32°d Street N had assessments certified to the property taxes
in 2022 for 2021 Old Village phase 5&6 street and utility improvements; and
WHEREAS, the City of Lake Elmo acquired an easement from owner, and
WHEREAS, per agreement the compensation shall be credited against the levied
assessment for the project improvements.
BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Lake Elmo, Minnesota,
that the 2022 special assessment amount of $26,200 certified to PID 14.029.21.44.0019
may be abated by $24,438 (the acquisition price) per the attached Washington County
abatement forms.
APPROVED by the Lake Elmo City Council on this 1 st day of March, 2022.
