RESOLUTION NO.2023-033
A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING DONATED SERVICES FROM CAPRA
UTILITIES
WHEREAS, Minnesota Statues Section 465.03 provides that donations to the City
be accepted by resolution of the City Council; and
WHEREAS, Capra Utilities has proposed contributing services to the City of
Lake Elmo; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Lake Elmo agrees that said
contribution would be of benefit to the citizens of Lake Elmo; and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of the City of
Lake Elmo, Minnesota, does hereby acknowledges and agrees to accept said donation of
services from Capra Utilities on behalf of the citizens of Lake Elmo.
APPROVED by the Lake Elmo City Council on this 4" day of April, 2023.
