ORDINANCE NO.2023-05
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE LAKE ELMO CITY CODE BY AMENDING
THE ADMINISTRATION CODE
SECTION 1. The City Council of the City of Lake Elmo hereby ordains that Title 3 Administration;
Chapter 3.12 City Organizations: Article 3.12-I Generally is hereby amended by changing the
following sections (Proposed language is underlined, deleted language is shown with strikethrough):
3.12.010 Generally
There is continued in the city a building department which shall be under the jurisdiction of the building
official designated by the council; the building official shall report to the-��.,',,.. Community
Development Director.
SECTION 2. Effective Date. This ordinance shall become effective immediately upon adoption and
publication in the official newspaper of the City of Lake Elmo.
SECTION 3. Adoption Date. This Ordinance 2023-05 was adopted on this 7th day of March, 2023.
