SUMMARY AND ACTION REQUESTED:
Recently there has been discussion on the boundaries of both Sunfish Lake Park and Lake Jane Hills Park.
The city recently received a letter from the Minnesota Pollution Control Agency regarding the ownership and easements with the properties identified in attached map. Although the properties
are owned by the city, the easements are held by the MPCA which places restrictions on the property. This property is the subject of a Landfill Cleanup Agreement between the Counties
of Ramsey and Washington, the city of Lake Elmo, and the MPCA.
