Attached are documents received by the city regarding the area northwest of Sunfish Lake Park and east of Jamaca Avenue North. This area has been previously discussed as to its use
or designation as city park.
The attached documents identify the area as being owned by the City of Lake Elmo with easements given to the Minnesota Pollution Control Agency.
