ITEM: Sunfish Lake Park Land Trust Update

Staff has been in regular contact with Sarah Strommen of the Land trust regarding the Sunfish Lake Park Conservation Easement. The easement document has been crafted and is currently
being reviewed by the Land Trust attorney. It is expected that the document will be forwarded to the city’s attorney in the very near future.
It is anticipated that the document will be distributed to park commissioners for their review one week prior to the October 20 park commission meeting. Sarah Strommen will be presenting
the document to the Park Commission October 20 and City Council on October 21.
