ITEM: Update on the Sunfish Lake Park Conservation Easement

SUMMARY AND ACTION REQUESTED:
Sarah Strommen of the Minnesota Land Trust and the city and Land Trust attorney have been working to finalize the Sunfish Lake Park Conservation Easement. Sarah has indicated that there
have been some late developing issues related to the titles. Most of these issues are minor, though could take some time to resolve. Carol Kriegler will provide an overview and update
on finalizing the easement.
