ITEM: Update on Sunfish Lake Park natural resource plan

BACKGROUND INFORMATION:
Dr. Kathy Widen and Jim Eckberg, plant ecologist with Minn. Native Landscapes, have been establishing vegetation plots in SFL park for the past few weeks as the beginning of
field observations for the development of a natural resource management plan. They are inventorying native and invasive plants found and noteable features in the plot and immediate
vicinity.
Kathy will be out of town due to a family emergency, but attempts will be made to have Jim Eckberg report on progress to date.
