A. Crossroads East Final Plat and Final PUD Plan- Lake Elmo Ave and Hudson Blvd
Launch Properties and Crossroads Properties have filed an application for approval of a Final Plat

and Final PUD Plan to be known as Crossroads East 1 Addition. The property is located at the
northeast quadrant of the intersection of Lake Elmo Avenue N. and Hudson Boulevard N. and is
zoned BP (Business Park/Light Industrial). The Final PUD Plan would allow the construction of
two industrial office buildings, along with the necessary infrastructure. The Final Plat consists of
two lots for the proposed buildings, three outlots for stormwater management, and right-of-way
along Lake Elmo Avenue.
