NOVEMBER 11, 2021
CALL TO ORDER
Called the meeting to order at 6:30 pm. PRESENT: Mayor Cadenhead, Councilmembers Katrina Beckstrom, Dale Dorschner, Jeff Holtz
and Lisa McGinn. Staff present: City Administrator Handt, Assistant Administrator Dickson, Fire Chief Kalis, Building Official Taylor and City Clerk Johnson. Planning and Building Department Audit
Assistant Administrator Dickson introduced the item. Mark Olson, Raftelis, reviewed the audit report, noting the project approach and presented recommendations for staffing, operations and implementation.
Discussion was held concerning staffing, project methodology and department metrics.
City Owned 180 Acres
City Administrator Handt presented land use options to be used for AUAR review in conjunction with the development of the proposed development south of the highway.
Fire Sprinkler Code
Fire Chief Kalis reviewed proposed updates to bring the City code chapter 1306 into alignment
with current practice.
Items for Future Agenda
Items proposed for future agendas were noted by Mayor Cadenhead.
