PROPOSAL DETAILS/ANALYSIS: We had 64 calls in December: 41 Medical / Rescue Incidents 4 Fire Alarm Activation 3 Gas Leak 3 Dispatch Cancelled Enroute 2 Cooking Fire 2 Motor Vehicle Accident without Injuries 2 No Incident Found on Arrival 1 Assist Law Enforcement 1 Brush / Grass Fire 1 Carbon Monoxide Detector Activation 1 Lift Assist 1 Motor Vehicle Accident with Injuries 1 Smoke Scare - Odor of Smoke 1 Structure Fire (Auto-Aid to Oakdale) 64 Total Incidents through December 2021: 568 (2020 YTD: 554) Our average response time was 9.29 minutes from alarm to arrival. 17 calls had 3 or less responders minus the Duty Officer with 11 calls having only 1 personnel on the first due apparatus. Drills and Activities for the Month: #1 – Training Drill: EMS Quarterly Refresher #2 – Truck Checks and Officers Meeting #3 – Department Training Fire Inspection Activity: 41 Business Fire Inspection & Preplan 6 Key Box Install / Update 4 Fire Alarm / Sprinkler Inspection 3 Burn Permits 2 Data Request 2 Plan review 1 Incident Follow-Up Part Time Staff Accomplishments: - Assisted with Burn Permit applications. - Cleaning and general maintenance at Station #1 and Station #2. - Continued decontamination of apparatus and stations. - Equipment repairs and maintenance. - Vehicle and equipment inspections. - Vehicle repairs as possible.
