CALL TO ORDER
Called the meeting to order at 6:30 pm. PRESENT: Mayor Cadenhead, Councilmembers Katrina Beckstrom, Dale Dorschner and Jeff Holt. Staff present: City Administrator Handt, Planning Director Just and City Clerk Johnson.
Long Range Financial Management Plan
Jason Aarsvold, senior municipal advisor with Ehlers Public Financial Advisors, presented findings for the Financial Management Plan and explained assumptions used to create the findings.
Landscape Architect Interviews
Interviews were held with HKGi, Stantec and WSB. Discussion was held; Council consensus to move forward with HKGi.
Items for Future Agenda
Administrator Handt noted that no parking in Fields of St. Croix, landscape ordinance updates
and PUD objectives/requirements would be discussed at the December worksession.
Meeting adjourned at 8:18 p.m.
