CALL TO ORDER
Mayor Cadenhead called the meeting to order at 6:30 pm. PRESENT: Mayor Cadenhead, Councilmembers Katrina Beckstrom, Matt Hirn, Jeff Holtz and
Lisa McGinn. Staff present: City Administrator Handt, City Engineer Griffin, Assistant City Engineer Isakson, Fire Chief Kalis, Public Works Director Powers, and City Clerk Johnson. Water Quality and Quantity Discussion
City Administrator Handt introduced the discussion on the City’s water supply issues. City Engineer Griffin reviewed the City’s current and historical water use, anticipated future demand and the distribution map. Griffin also reviewed options for the City’s water supply. Discussion was held regarding well locations, water treatment and the possibility of using surface water.
