The City of Lake Elmo has received an application from Raymond Salus
for a Conditional Use Permit to allow a golf driving range and an 18
hole minature golf course in the Rural Residential Zoning District. A
copy of the public hearing notice is enclosed.

NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
The Lake Elmo Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on
Monday, April 23, 1990 at 7:30 p.m. at City Hall, 3800 Laverne Ave.
N., Lake Elmo, MN to consider the request of Raymond Salus for a
Conditional Use Permit to allow a golf driving range and an 18 hole
minature golf course in the Rural Residential Zoning District.
The property is legally described, in part, as part of the NW 1/4 of
the SW 1/4 of Section 36, Township 29, Range 21, Washington County,
MN. A complete legal description is on file in the office of the City
Clerk. The property is commonly known as 404 Lake Elmo Avenue North.
All persons who wish to be heard regarding this request will be
given that opportunity at this public hearing. Written comments will
be accepted up until the time of the public hearing.
