RESOLUTION NO.2023-106
A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING DONATED FUNDS FROM
THE FIELDS AT ARBOR GLEN
WHEREAS, Minnesota Statues Section 465.03 provides that donations to the City
be accepted by resolution of the City Council; and
WHEREAS, The Fields at Arbor Glen had proposed contributing $1,757 to the
Lake Elmo Fire Department; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Lake Elmo agrees that said
contribution would be of benefit to the citizens of Lake Elmo; and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of the City of
Lake Elmo, Minnesota, does hereby acknowledges and agrees to accept said donation of
$1,757 from The Fields at Arbor Glen on behalf of the citizens of Lake Elmo.
APPROVED by the Lake Elmo City Council on this 81h day of November, 2023.
