RESOLUTION NO.2023-107
A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING DONATED FUNDS FROM
MARY DAVIS
WHEREAS, Minnesota Statues Section 465.03 provides that donations to the City
be accepted by resolution of the City Council; and
WHEREAS, Mary Davis had proposed contributing $1,500 to the Public Works
Department; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Lake Elmo agrees that said
contribution would be of benefit to the citizens of Lake Elmo; and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of the City of
Lake Elmo, Minnesota, does hereby acknowledges and agrees to accept said donation of
$1,500 from Mary Davis on behalf of the citizens of Lake Elmo.
APPROVED by the Lake Elmo City Council on this 8th day of November, 2023.
