CITY COUNCIL MINUTES
JANUARY 9, 2024 SPECIAL MEETING
CALL TO ORDER
Mayor Cadenhead called the meeting to order at 5:51 pm.
PRESENT: Mayor Cadenhead, Councilmembers Katrina Beckstrom, Matt Hirn and Jeff Holtz.
Staff present: Interim Administrator Schroeder and Deputy City Clerk McGuire
Interview held with candidate Jim Kelly for the appointed 2024 Interim City Council seat.
Holtz motioned to nominate Jim Kelly for interim councilmember, Hirn provided a second;
Council reviewed all the candidates interviewed and discussed. Motion failed 3-1; Holtz aye,
Beckstrom, Hirn, and Cadenhead nay.
Holtz motioned to nominate Nick Dragisich or 2024 interim councilmember, Hirn provided
a second; no discussion. Motioned passed unanimously 4-0.
Meeting adjourned at 6:27 p.m.
