CITY OF LAKE ELMO <br />CITY COUNCIL WORKSHOP MINUTES <br />OCTOBER 10, 2023 <br />CALL TO ORDER <br />Mayor Cadenhead called the meeting to order at 6.30 pm. <br />PRESENT: Mayor Cadenhead, Councilmembers Katrina Beckstrom, Matt Him, Jeff Holtz and <br />Lisa McGinn. <br />Staff present: City Administrator, Public Works Director Powers, City Planner Jensen, and City <br />Clerk Johnson. <br />Criteria for New Ball Park <br />City Planner Jensen presented 13 recommended criteria for locations and amenities for a new <br />ball park. Discussion was held with consensus on the criteria for location, lot size and amenities. <br />Additional activities to be accommodated at the site were also discussed to provide a multi -use <br />sports park. <br />Items for Future Meeting <br />City Administrator Handt noted that future meeting items will include two development sketch <br />plans, updated utility ling range plan and engineering firm interviews. <br />Meeting adjourned at 7:29 p.m. <br />ATTEST: <br />Juliohnson t fClerk <br />Wt <br />
