Mr. Donald Brandt re: KOA. campground.

Mr. Brandt's request nor installation of a :CA Ca. -aground on :ighway 12,
because Campground is not desirable in this area of Villa ne ~.LI the intended

Pr. MartiYZisbell, representing Soil Conservation Service of Washington County,
Mr. Ziebell discussed uses of soil maps as they relate to potential land
development in the Village and County.
The Planning Commission is interested in accuiring copies of soil maps for
Village and initiating active cooperation with the Soil Conservation Service
Washington County.

recomment Council approval of theso perr:its eo a va.rian_ce due to natiJre of use.

Cimarron requested advice from Bu=ng Inspector, regarding their consideration
of rebuilding the old earn, ±or a craft shop, pr or to obtaining cost estimates.
Building inspector recommended new sills, flooring and beams to be a part of
the remodeling process and that the building bo attracti?re. To other problems
forseen.
