The goal of the water efficiency grant program is to improve municipal water use. This funding has enabled Lake Elmo to provide a rebate to current water customers who replace existing devices with specified water efficient products. Qualifying purchases are eligible for a rebate on your water bill. More information is available on the City's website via the link below. Rebate IMPORTANT MESSAGE REGARDING TEMPORARY DEBRIS MANAGEMENT SITE: Next Wednesday, May 31st, will be the last day to utilize the temporary wood debris drop-off site at Lucy Winton Bell Athletic Fields at Belwin Conservancy. Remaining days and hours are as follows: • Friday, May 26, 8:00am - 2:00pm • Saturday, May 27, 8:00am - 2:00pm • Sunday, May 28, 8:00am - 2:00pm • Wednesday, May 31, 8:00am - 2:00pm As a reminder, this site is available for Washington County residents only and is limited to wood waste from storm damage only. No root balls, stumps, yard waste, or grass clippings. On the interior this week crews painted the upper level mezzanine railing and began installing bathroom fixtures. Chief Kalis and Assistant Chief Svoboda checked out the fire department workspaces. Interior framing started this week at the Public Works addition. This area will house office and work room spaces along with storage space.
