RESOLUTION NO. 2024-032
A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING DONATED FUNDS FROM THE LAKE ELMO

WHEREAS, Minnesota Statues Section 465.03 provides that donations to the City
be accepted by resolution of the City Council; and
WHEREAS, the Lake Elmo Jaycees have proposed contributing 7,600 to the
City' flake Elmo; and
WHEREAS, the City Council ofthe City of Lake Elmo agrees that said
contribution would he of benefit to the citizens of Lake Elmo; and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE 1T RESOLVED, that the City `Council of the City o
Lake Elmo, Minnesota, does hereby acknowledges and agrees to accept said donation of
;7,600 from the Lake Elmo Jaycees on behalf of the citizens of Lake Elmo,
APPROVED by the Lake Eli -no City Council on this 19"' day of March,02
