RESOLUTION NO. 2024-076
WHEREAS, Minnesota Statues Section 465.03 provides that donations to the City
be accepted by resolution of the City Council; and
WHEREAS, Don Raleigh Memorial had proposed contributing $3,645.00 to the
Lake Elmo Fire Department; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Lake Elmo agrees that said
contribution would be of benefit to the citizens of Lake Elmo, and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of the City of
Lake Elmo, Minnesota, does hereby acknowledges and agrees to accept said donation o
$3,645.00 from the Don Raleigh memorial on behalf of the citizens of Lake Elmo. I
APPROVED by the Lake Elmo City Council on this 18t" day of June, 2024.
