MARK AND TINA WtENS
WHEREAS, Minnesota Statues Section 465.03 provides that donations to the City
be accepted by resolution of the City Council; and
WHEREAS, Mark and Tina Wiens had proposed contributing $50.00 to the Lake
Elmo Fire Department; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Lake Elmo agrees that said
contribution would be of benefit to the citizens of Lake Elmo; and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of the City of
Lake Elmo, Minnesota, does hereby acknowledges and agrees to accept said donation of
$50,00 from the Mark and Tina Wiens on behalf of the citizens of Lake Elmo,
APPROVED by the Lake Elmo City Council on this l6t" day of July, 2024.
