a) Zoning Text Amendment. The City of Lake Elmo has initiated a zoning text amendment to
Article XVII Open Space Planned Unit Development and Article XVIII Planned Unit
Development (PUD) Regulations to update district standards, remove outdated and
conflicting references, and clarify regulations.
