4. Public Hearing
a) Lake Elmo Elementary - Stillwater Area School District (ISD 834) has submitted
subdivision, variance, and conditional use permit requests for the unaddressed parcel
northwest of Lake Elmo Avenue North, and 10th Street North, with a PID 2602921440001.
The applications are requested to allow establishment of a new public elementary school
facility consistent with a bond passed in 2023.
