RESOLUTION NO.2024-125
A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING DONATED FUNDS FROM
CLEONE PRITCHARD
WHEREAS, Minnesota Statues Section 465.03 provides that donations to the City
be accepted by resolution of the City Council; and
WHEREAS, Cleone Pritchard had proposed contributing $250 to the Lake Elmo
Fire Department; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Lake Elmo agrees that said
contribution would be of benefit to the citizens of Lake Elmo; and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE 1T RESOLVED, that the City Council of the City of
Lake Elmo, Minnesota, does hereby acknowledges and agrees to accept said donation of
$250 from Cleone Pritchard on behalf of the citizens of Lake Elmo.
APPROVED by the Lake Elmo City Council on this 3rd day of December, 2024.
