RESOLUTION NO.2023-121
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF LAKE ELMO, MINNESOTA
DECLARING POLLING LOCATIONS FOR 2024
Whereas, the City of Lake Elmo is required to designate polling places by
December 3 1 ' of each year pursuant to M.S. 204B.16, subd. 1; and
Whereas, the City of Lake Elmo will operate two polling locations in 2023:
Precinct 1: City Center, 3880 Laverne Avenue North, Lake Elmo, MN
Precinct 2: City Hall, 3800 Laverne Avenue North, Lake Elmo, MN
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the Mayor and City Council of the
City of Lake Elmo, Minnesota, that the polling locations for the City for the 2024
elections have been declared.
APPROVED by the Lake Elmo City Council on this 5th day of December, 2023.
