RESOLUTION NO.2025-018
A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE LAWFUL GAMBLING PREMISES PERMIT
APPLICATION FOR THE OAKDLE ATHLETIC ASSOCIATION TO CONDUCT
LAWFUL GAMBLING AT TWIN POINT TAVERN LOCATED AT
11199 STILLWATER BOULEVARD NORTH, LAKE ELMO, MINNESOTA
WHEREAS, the Oakdale Athletic Association is submitting an application to the
Minnesota Gambling Control Board for approval of a Premises Permit application to conduct
lawful charitable gambling at Twin Point Tavern, 11199 Stillwater Boulevard N, Lake Elmo, MN;
and
WHEREAS, the gambling premises is located within the City limits of Lake Elmo,
Minnesota; and
WHEREAS, the Oakdale Athletic Association is a lawful gambling organization with
board members within the City; and
WHEREAS, the Oakdale Athletic Association will be responsible for operating and
managing the lawful gambling activity at the site and will comply with all applicable requirements
of city code and state statutes.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Lake Elmo,
Minnesota that the City Council does hereby approve the issuance of a Premises Permit to the
Oakdale Athletic Association to conduct lawful charitable gambling activities at Twin Point
Tavern, 11199 Stillwater Boulevard North, Lake Elmo, Minnesota.
Adopted by the City Council of the City of Lake Elmo, Minnesota this 4'11 day of March, 2025.
