CITY COUNCIL WORKSHOP MINUTES
APRIL 8, 2025
CALL TO ORDER
Mayor Cadenhead called the meeting to order at 6.30 pm.
PRESENT: Mayor Cadenhead, Councilmembers Nick Dragisich, Matt Him, Jeff Holtz and Nick
Kragness.
Staff present: City Administrator Miller, Special Projects Manager Schroeder, Finance Director
Hadler and City Clerk Johnson,
Planning Commission Work Plan Review
Special Projects Manager Schroeder presented updates on water related issues: White Bear Lake
Workgroup, DNR water permit and legal issues, 3M settlement group and the Washington
County Landfill.
Discussion was held regarding the spread of the PFAS contamination, current and future water
needs for the city and future water supply sources.
Meeting adjourned at 8:20 p.m.
