Planning Commission will conduct a meeting on

at 6:30 p.m.

4. Public Hearing
a) Highpointe Crossing Rachel Development has submitted a comprehensive plan amendment
application for the property located at 2298 Inwood Ave (PID 2102921320001). The request
would cause the City of Lake Elmo to amend the Land Use Chapter, Chapter 3, in its 2040
Comprehensive Plan to create a new Future Land Use Category called Open Space Low Density
Residential (OP-LDR). In addition, Map 3-3, the Future Land Use Map, and Map 3-7, the MUSA
Growth and Phasing Map, are proposed for amendment to reguide the subject property as OP-
LDR.
