RESOLUTION NO.2025-041
A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING DONATED FUNDS FROM
BOB AND HOLLY KRESS
WHEREAS, Minnesota Statues Section 465.03 provides that donations to the City
be accepted by resolution of the City Council; and
WHEREAS, Mark and Tina Wiens had proposed contributing $1,650.00 to the
City for purchase of a park bench; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Lake Elmo agrees that said
contribution would be of benefit to the citizens of Lake Elmo; and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of the City of
Lake Elmo, Minnesota, does hereby acknowledges and agrees to accept said donation of
$1,650 from the Bob and Holly Kress on behalf of the citizens of Lake Elmo.
APPROVED by the Lake Elmo City Council on this 201h day of May, 2025.
