The proposed <br />minor subdivision would facilitate the separation of 5.01 acres (218,242 sq. ft.) into a proposed <br />Lot 1 consisting of 2 acres (87,121 sq. ft.) and proposed Lot 2 consisting of 3.01 acres (131,121 <br />sq. ft.).
