RESOLUTION NO. 2025-063
A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING DONATED FUNDS FROM
KRUEGER TREE FARM AND LAKE ELMO BANK
WHEREAS, Minnesota Statues Section 465.03 provides that donations to the City
be accepted by resolution of the City Council; and
WHEREAS, Krueger Tree Farm and Lake Elmo Bank have each proposed
contributing $500 to the City of Lake Elmo; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Lake Elmo agrees that said
contribution would be of benefit to the citizens of Lake Elmo and the City of Lake Elmo
Centennial Celebration; and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of the City of
Lake Elmo, Minnesota, does hereby acknowledges and agrees to accept said donation of
$500 each from Krueger Tree Farm and Lake Elmo Bank on behalf of the citizens of
Lake Elmo.
