CITY COUNCIL MINUTES
AUGUST 19, 2025
Acting Mayor 1161tz called the meeting to order at 7® 00 pm.
PRESENT: Acting Mayor Jeff Holtz and Councilmembers, Nick Dragisich and Nick Kragness.
ABSENT: Mayor Charles Cadenhead and Councilmember Matt Him.
Staff present: Administrator Miller, Community Development Director Stopa, City Attorney
Sonsalla, City Engineer Stanley and City Clerk Johnson
Item 2, "Adopt Resolution for Summary Publication of Ordinance 2025-13 Related to Trash
Haulers" was removed from the Consent Agenda.
Councilmember Kragness, seconded by Councilmember Dragisich, moved TO APPROVE THE
AGENDA AS AMENDED. Motion passed. 3-0.
ACCEPT MINUTES
Councilmember Dragisich, seconded by Councilmember Kragness, moved TO ACCEPT THE
MINUTES OF THE UGVST 6,2025 CITY COUNCIL MEEIINGAS PRESENTED. Motion
passed 3 — 0.

Councilmember Kragness, seconded by Councilmember Dragisich, moved TOAPPROVE THE
CONSENT AGENDA AS PRESENTED. Motion passed 3-0.
COUNCIL REPORTS
Acting Mayor Holtz: Reported on efforts to secure a fly over at the city's 100 year anniversary
celebration.
Councilmember Dragisich: Reported he has not received a response from Senator Klobuchar's
office regarding a visit to the 100 year anniversary celebration.
Councilmember Kragmess: Reported that several food trucks are confirmed for the 100 year
anniversary celebration.
City Administrator Miller: Reported that the fireworks contract for the 100 year anniversary
celebration has been signed.
City Clerk Johnson: Reported on the temporary liquor license application process for the 100
year anniversary celebration.
