RESOLUTION NO.2025-075
A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING DONATED FUNDS FROM
EQUITY LIFESTYLE PROPERTIES & CIMARRON PARK
WHEREAS, Minnesota Statues Section 465.03 provides that donations to the City
be accepted by resolution of the City Council; and
WHEREAS, Equity Lifestyle Properties and Cimarron Park had proposed
contributing $500.00 to the Lake Elmo Fire Department; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Lake Elmo agrees that said
contribution would be of benefit to the citizens of Lake Elmo; and
NOW, THEREFORE,, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of the City of
Lake Elmo, Minnesota, does hereby acknowledges and agrees to accept said donation of
$500.00 from Equity Lifestyle Properties and Cimarron Park on behalf of the citizens of
Lake Elmo.
APPROVED by the Lake Elmo City Council on this 181h day of November, 2025.
