CITY OF LAKE ELMO <br />WASHINGTON COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2025-074 <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE LAWFUL GAMBLING PREMISES PERMIT <br />APPLICATION FOR THE WOODBURY ATHLETIC ASSOCIATION TO CONDUCT <br />LAWFUL GAMBLING AT PAR T BARN LOCATED AT <br />8515 HUDSON BLVD N #8702, LAKE ELMO, MINNESOTA <br />WHEREAS, the Woodbury Athletic Association is submitting an application to the <br />Minnesota Gambling Control Board for approval of a Premises Permit application to conduct <br />lawful charitable gambling at ParT Barn, 8515 Hudson Boulevard N #8702, Lake Elmo, MN; and <br />WHEREAS, the gambling premises is located within the City limits of Lake Elmo, <br />Minnesota; and <br />WHEREAS, the Woodbury Athletic Association is a lawful gambling organization with <br />board members within the City; and <br />WHEREAS, the Woodbury Athletic Association will be responsible for operating and <br />managing the lawful gambling activity at the site and will comply with all applicable requirements <br />of city code and state statutes. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Lake Elmo, <br />Minnesota that the City Council does hereby approve the issuance of a Premises Permit to the <br />Woodbury Athletic Association to conduct lawful charitable gambling activities at ParT Barn, <br />8515 Hudson Boulevard North, Lake Elmo, Minnesota. <br />Adopted by the City Council of the City of Lake Elmo, Minnesota this 5"' day of November, <br />2025. <br />Charles Cadenhead, Mayor <br />ATTEST: <br />li Johns , City Clerk <br />
