CITY OF LAIC+ ELMO <br />WASHINGTON COUNTY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />RESOLUTION NO.2026-020 <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF LAKE ELMO, MINNESOTA <br />DECLARING POLLING LOCATIONS FOR 2026 <br />WHEREAS, the City of Lake Elmo operates two polling locations in the city; and <br />WHEREAS, the city has deemed the Precinct 2 location at 3800 Laverne Avenue <br />North, Lake Elmo, to be inadequate for a polling location; and <br />WHEREAS, the City of Lake Elmo will operate two polling locations in 2026: <br />Precinct 1: City Center, 3880 Laverne Avenue N., Lake Elmo, MN <br />Precinct 2: Rockpoint Church, 5825 Kelvin Avenue N., Lake Elmo, MN <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the Mayor and City Council of the <br />City of Lake Elmo, Minnesota, that the polling locations for the City for the 2026 <br />elections have been declared. <br />APPROVED by the Lake Elmo City Council on this 7'h day of April, 2026. <br />By: <br />Charles Cadenhead <br />Mayor <br />ATTEST: <br />J1 lie ohn on nC Clerk <br />
