RESOLUTION NO.2026-020
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF LAKE ELMO, MINNESOTA
DECLARING POLLING LOCATIONS FOR 2026
WHEREAS, the City of Lake Elmo operates two polling locations in the city; and
WHEREAS, the city has deemed the Precinct 2 location at 3800 Laverne Avenue
North, Lake Elmo, to be inadequate for a polling location; and
WHEREAS, the City of Lake Elmo will operate two polling locations in 2026:
Precinct 1: City Center, 3880 Laverne Avenue N., Lake Elmo, MN
Precinct 2: Rockpoint Church, 5825 Kelvin Avenue N., Lake Elmo, MN
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the Mayor and City Council of the
City of Lake Elmo, Minnesota, that the polling locations for the City for the 2026
elections have been declared.
APPROVED by the Lake Elmo City Council on this 7'h day of April, 2026.
