RESOLUTION NO.2026-023
A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING DONATED FUNDS FROM
SNOWELL RALEIGH
WHEREAS, Minnesota Statues Section 465.03 provides that donations to the City
be accepted by resolution of the City Council; and
WHEREAS, Snowell Raleigh had proposed contributing $40.00 to the Lake Elmo
Fire Department as a memorial to Bob Novak; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Lake Elmo agrees that said
contribution would be of benefit to the citizens of Lake Elmo; and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of the City of
Lake Elmo, Minnesota, does hereby acknowledges and agrees to accept said donation of
$40.00 from Snowell Raleigh on behalf of the citizens of Lake Elmo.
APPROVED by the Lake Elmo City Council on this 56 day of May, 2026.
