CITY OF LAKE ELMO <br />WASHINGTON COUNTY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />RESOLUTION 2026 - 035 <br />A RESOLUTION DESIGNATING AN ADDITIONAL OFFICIAL <br />DEPOSITORY FOR CITY FUNDS FOR THE YEAR 2026 <br />WHEREAS, Minnesota Statutes, Chapter 427, requires the adoption of certain policies and <br />procedures pertaining to the deposit of public funds; and <br />WHEREAS, the City finds it beneficial to designate an additional financial institution as an <br />official depository during the current fiscal year to support local banking options; <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Lake Elmo, that <br />Bridgewater Bank is hereby designated as an official depository for City funds for the remainder of the <br />2026 fiscal year. <br />ADOPTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LAKE ELMO THIS <br />19TH DAY OF MAY 2026. <br />CITY COUNCIL <br />CITY OF LAKE ELMO <br />By: <br />Charles Cadenhead <br />Mayor <br />ATTEST: <br />j <br />Cl r <br />
