RESOLUTION 2026 - 035
A RESOLUTION DESIGNATING AN ADDITIONAL OFFICIAL
DEPOSITORY FOR CITY FUNDS FOR THE YEAR 2026
WHEREAS, Minnesota Statutes, Chapter 427, requires the adoption of certain policies and
procedures pertaining to the deposit of public funds; and
WHEREAS, the City finds it beneficial to designate an additional financial institution as an
official depository during the current fiscal year to support local banking options;
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Lake Elmo, that
Bridgewater Bank is hereby designated as an official depository for City funds for the remainder of the
2026 fiscal year.
ADOPTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LAKE ELMO THIS
19TH DAY OF MAY 2026.
