RESOLUTION NO.2026-045
A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING DONATED FUNDS FROM
BKT OPERATIONS (DQ GRILL & CHILL, LAKE ELMO)
WHEREAS, Minnesota Statues Section 465.03 provides that donations to the City
be accepted by resolution of the City Council; and
WHEREAS, BKT Operations (DQ Grill & Chill, Lake Elmo) had proposed
contributing $491.00 to the Lake Elmo Fire Department from proceeds from a fundraiser;
and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Lake Elmo agrees that said
contribution would be of benefit to the citizens of Lake Elmo; and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of the City of
Lake Elmo, Minnesota, does hereby acknowledges and agrees to accept said donation of
$491.00 from BKT Operations (DQ Grill & Chill, Lake Elmo) on behalf of the citizens of
Lake Elmo.
