RESOLUTION NO.2026-073
A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING A DONATION FROM
LAKE ELMO BASEBALL
WHEREAS, Minnesota Statues Section 465.03 provides that donations to the City
be accepted by resolution of the City Council; and
WHEREAS, Lake Elmo Baseball Association has proposed contributing
improvements to the city in the form of a turf and safety improvements at the VFW park
ball field; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Lake Elmo agrees that said
contribution would be of benefit to the citizens of Lake Elmo; and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of the City of
Lake Elmo, Minnesota, does hereby acknowledges and agrees to accept said donation of
park improvements in VFW Park from Lake Elmo Baseball Association on behalf of the
citizens of Lake Elmo.
APPROVED by the Lake Elmo City Council on this 6`1' day of October, 2026.
