RESOLUTION 91-42
A LOT CONSOLIDATION GRANTED TO
ROBERT AND DOROTHY ZIERTMAN
WHEREAS, Robert and Dorothy Ziertman have made
application for a Lot Consolidation, pursuant to Section
401.04011 and 401.045 of the Lake Elmo Municipal Code, of
the following parcel of land:
The South 400.00 feet of the East 440.00 feet of the
West 1100.00 feet of the Northwest Quarter of Section
2, Township 29, Range 21, Washington County, Minnesota
(parcel contains 4.135 acres).
WHEREAS, approval of this lot consolidation will not
result in the creation of a non - conforming lot. In fact,
the parcel in which this 4.135 acres is to be combined will,
after consolidation, consist of approximately 9.135 acres
and thus becomes a conforming lot in the Rural Residential
zoning district, its current zoning category.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that a lot consolidation
is granted to Robert and Dorothy Ziertman based on the
following findings of fact.
1. Applicant has provided
each parcel of land.
2. Applicant has provided
stating the reason and
consolidation.
3. Applicant has provided
all parcels involved in
a legal description of
a written description
intention for the lot
a scaled drawing depicting
the lot consolidation.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that said lot consolidation be
granted under the following conditions:
1. That parcel described above containing 4.135
acres be combined with the property currently
owned by the purchaser of said property so
that the new parcel will consist of approximately
9.135 acres, more or less.
Adopted by the Lake Elmo City Council this 17th day of
