WASHINGTON COUNTY, MINNESOTA
A RESOLUTION ADOPTING THE 1991 ENGINEERING STANDARDS
FOR THE CITY OF LAKE ELMO
WHEREAS, required improvements are often designed and
constructed by parties other than the City of Lake Elmo
under the City Engineer; and,
WHEREAS, those preparing plans and specifications for
said projects seek the guidance and counsel of the City
Engineer with respect to the design standards for said
improvement; and,
WHEREAS, there is a desire on
Council, City Engineer, and staff
policy with respect to Engineering
specification, and construction of
and such other improvements as are
Ordinance and policy,
the part of the City
--o clearly define the
Standards for the design,
said public improvements,
required by City
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Lake Elmo that:
The Engineering Standards of the City of Lake Elmo
dated August, 1991, are hereby adopted as the Engineering
Standards for the design, specification, and construction of
public improvements and such other improvements as are
required by City Ordinance or policy, in the City of Lake
Elmo.
ADOPTED, by the City Council of the City of Lake E
this 15th day of October, 1991.
