RESOLUTION ACCEPTING BID FOR IMPROVEMENT OF HYT:R.AI.L AVENUE FROM
HIGHLANDS TRAIL N. TO 59TH ST. N.
AND PAVING OF DEMONTREVILLE PARK PARKING LOT
WHEREAS, pursuant to an advertisement for bids for the
improvement known as the Bituminous Overlay Improvement of Hytrail
Avenue, from Highlands Trail N. to 59th St. N., and paving of
DeMontreville Park parking lot, bids were received., opened, and
tabulated according to law, and the following bids were received
complying with the advertisement.
Tower Asphalt 514,327.75
Aero Asphalt, Inc. $14,868.40
Asbach 815,983.05
Pine Bend Paving $16,355.70
Valley Paving $16,945.30
Alexander Construction 518,888.20
T.A. Schifsky & Sons $19,296.50
AND WHEREAS, it appears that Tower Asphalt is the lowest
responsible bidder, with a bid of $14,927.75
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF LAKE ELMO,
INNESOTA:
