CITY OF LAKE. ELMO
WASHINGTON COUNTY, MINNESOTA.
A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE FINAL PLAT OF THE JOHN M. DAY FARM ADDITION
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Lake Elmo has previously
considered and approved the preliminary plat of the John M. Day Farm
Addition; and
WHEREAS, the Lake Elmo Plannina Commission reviewed and
recommended. approval of a final plat for John M. nay Farm Addition at
its July 8, 1991 meeting, and
WHEREAS, the final plat of John M. Day Farm Addition presented to
the City conforms to the City's subdivision ordinance.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of the City
of Lake Elmo does hereby approve and.accept the final plat of John M.
Day Farm Addition as the same as on file with the City Administrator
subject to the following conditions:
1. The developer and the City shall execute a Developer's
Agreement and d.e.posit such security with the City as determined. by the
City Engineer.
2. The developer shall pay to the City of Lake Elmo nar!<
dedication fee in the amount of 56,720 or $960.01 per newly created
lot as recommended by the City Parks Commission.
3. The developer shall obtain necessary permits from the Valley
Branch Watershed.
4. The developer shall pay all pass -thru costs related to this
development.
5. The developer shall adhere to all city standards and
ordinances.
6. The developer shall conform to the conditions stated in Citv
Planner, Mike Black's report dated July 1, 1991.
7. The developer shall conform to the conditions stated in the
City Fnyineer, Toni Prew's, report dated June 28, 1991.
