WASHINGTON COUNTY, MINNESOTA
RESOLUTION ACCEPTING BID FOR SW -1 WELL ABANDONMENT
WHEREAS, pursuant to an advertisement for bids for the Well
Abandonment portion of the SW -1 Watermain Project, bids were received,
opened, and tabulated according to law, and the following bids were
received complying with the advertisement:

Keys Well Drilling $49,941.00
Thein Well Co. 69,785.40
Bergerson- Caswell 75,464.50
E.H. Renner & Sons 82,088.00
Mark J. Traut Wells 98,702.80
WHEREAS, it appears that Keys Well Drilling is the lowest
responsible bidder for for the SW -1 Well Abandonment.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY OF LAKE ELMO, MN:
1. The Mayor and Clerk are hereby authorized and directed to enter
into a contract with Keys Well Drilling in the name of the City of
Lake Elmo for the construction of SW -1 Well Abandonment according to
the plans and specifications therfore approved by the City Council and
on file in the office of the City Clerk.
2. The City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to return
forthwith to all bidders the deposits made with their bids, except
that the deposits to the successful bidder and next lowest bidder
shall be retained until a contract has been signed.
